They are looking for a .Net Engineer on a long term contract basis to work on the state management portion of the application, which is responsible for receiving synchronous and asynchronous events from the UI, System and OS events from backend services, and hardware events from the firmware. The state machine must decide how the application should behave given the stimulus and current context. This is a critical software component, as any failure of the state machine could result in a failed run, loss of tissue, hardware damage, or a biohazard chemical spill.
