JOB SUMMARY: Involvement in all aspects of Agency/Commission Accounting functions including agent customer service, agent onboarding, commission processing, Agent Portal… setting up new commission schedules and pay schemes. Work with New Business and Licensing, re: new agent set ups. Accounting entries to correct, record advances and commissions. Answer phone calls, re: inquiries from agents and home offices. Assist agents on the Agent Web Portal. Assist agents navigating the eApp process. Provide appropriate and efficient training as required. As needed, miscellaneous duties as assigned by management.
