Luther Home Of Mercy – Defiance, OH – Lutheran Ministries of Mercy (LMM) was established in 2013 as an Association of Congregations providing combined governance and executive leadership from three legacy social ministry organizations: Filling Homes of Mercy (FMHM) at Napoleon, Lutheran Social Services of Northwest Ohio (LSS), and Luther Home of Mercy (LHM) at Williston. The three legacy organizations continue respective identities with a mission toward sustaining and advancing specialized ministry to individuals in need of mental health and developmental disability services. FUNCTION: Provide overall leadership to LMM affiliates in the area of financial management; focusing on best business practices to improve efficiency, reduce operating costs and increase productivity.
