Director of Nursing Job | Post Acute Care | RN
This is a Director opportunity that allows you to be a part of a large complex organization. You will advance your leadership skills within a SNF that has a complex patient population.
Your scope of responsibility includes complete oversight of the system’s post acute care center. This is a unique role in that this is the only Skilled Nursing facility for the system’s Northern California region.
Mid $100k’s Starting Comp + 10% Bonus + Full Benefits + Relocation Paid
As the Director, you will plan, organize, direct, evaluate and coordinate inpatient nursing services and/or integrated outpatient- inpatient nursing services across the continuum of care within a Service Area. You will work with the Hospital and the Medical Group staff developing strategic plans, providing quality care, cost effective services which are aligned with federal, state, and local regulations.
Job Requirements:
To be considered, you background and inexperience must include:
- Minimum eight (8) years of nursing experience in patient care required.
- Minimum five (5) years of management experience required OR…
- Minimum three (3) year of experience as skilled nursing facility (SNF) Director of Nursing.
- BSN OR bachelor’s degree in health care related field required.
- Current California RN license required.
- BLS certificate required.
