Will you help me look for a job? +
No. The employers and the partner recruiting firms we represent pay us to help find the most talented and experienced people for their job openings.  Looking for a job is YOUR job!

Do you charge me to use this site? +
No.  We do not charge job seekers to use this site.  Our services are paid by the employers and partner recruiting firms mentioned above.  We may recommend services and resources to help you in your search and we may received compensation from the providers of those services and resources.  However, it is entirely your choice as to whether you use them or not.

Is my personal resume and information secure? +
Yes.  Our web hosting service uses the latest security protocols to ensure your information remains secure.  Keep in mind that when you apply for a job, your information is shared with the employer or partner recruiting firm.  We have not control over their information security.  We DO NOT share your personal information with anyone outside of our firm, employers, or our partner recruiting firms without your consent.

Who can access my information? +
<p>Your registration information is only visible to the MMS Group and our partner recruiters.  We only submit your resume to an employer after speaking with you about it, and gaining your permission to do so.  We DO NOT share your resume or personal information with any third-party organizations.</p>
Should I post multiple versions of my resume? +
&amp;amp;lt;p&amp;amp;gt;No.&amp;amp;nbsp; For our site, you are applying to jobs where recruiters have been hired by employers to find candidates.&amp;amp;nbsp; This means the employer is very serious about filling the position and willing to pay for help in doing so.&amp;amp;nbsp; Use a resume that best describes your career and experience.&amp;amp;nbsp; Your recruiter will help you customize it, if necessary, for the specific job since they are in communication with the actual hiring manager.&amp;amp;lt;/p&amp;amp;gt;
I just applied for a job, now what? +
Employers pay recruiters to bring them the most qualified candidates that most closely match their job requirements.  If you are one of those people, the lead recruiter for that job will contact you about any potential next steps and details.

I am a PERFECT FIT for a job. What can I do to get an interview? +
<p>First, confirm that you:<br/>A) meet<strong> ALL</strong> the listed skills, experience and educational requirements<br/>B) are <strong>100% interested</strong> in job duties and responsibilities<br/>C) are completely comfortable with the <strong>listed salary rang</strong>e<br/>D) are fully aware of the job location and <strong>prepared to relocate (if necessary)</strong> to accept the position</p>

<p>Then take a few minutes to go <strong>LINE BY LINE</strong> through the job requirements, explaining in RED the details of how your background and experiences meet them.</p>
<p>Feel free include any additional information that you feel will further explain your qualifications for this job.</p>

How do I use keywords to search for a job? +
<p>Your keywords are best used to describe your skills or the industry you want to work in. You’ll see job results that include those keywords <i>and</i> jobs that require related skills.</p>
How can I search for a job in a specific location? +
<p>Enter city, state, or zip code (or any combination) for your job location</p>
What do I do if I searched for jobs and can't find any that match my criteria? +
First, bookmark our site and come back regularly.  We update it hourly.

Next,  click  “Career Alert” (you will see it on your search page) which will email you the moment a new job opening is posted that matches your criteria. Alerts are an option to create after you run a search.

How do I cancel my account? +
Just email us at info@JobsZon.com and you will be removed within 72 hours.

How do I add an updated resume or change my email address or password? +
Click Submit Resume , complete the form and attach your updated resume file.

How can I edit or delete a saved Career Alert? +
<p>You can click the REMOVE ALERT/UNSUBSCRIBE link at the bottom of the job alert email.</p>
