He’s been getting feedback from working with managers that he’s ‘being too technical’ in interviews for company analyst/project manager functions.

A Great Story
The best way to address any interview question is with an example from your past.
Of course there are some concerns where this doesn’t make good sense, for circumstances “Why do you wish to come work for us?”
But a lot of the concerns are going to be behavioral in nature – they are attempting to assess your professionalism, personality, and so on
. Excellent stories are engaging and make job interviewers remember you. They are also outstanding at showing your real history and building more trust and dependability.
A good story has the following minimum elements:
1) Where – Set the phase. What business
