You’ll be managing the HRIS systems (Workday, Kronos, and Avature) and ensuring all changes are updated and training all new employees and managers on use of the systems, managing talent acquisition process from beginning to end, and provides guidance to employees with questions and concerns. Other tasks include maintaining all recognition programs, keeping… accurate electronic employee folders, and administering various human resource plans and procedures. You’re Great At Ideally you’ll be well versed in customer service, with excellent verbal and written communications, and strong problem solving skills. You should also have at least 2 – 3 years Human Resources experience, and an HR degree would be nice.
