The ideal candidate will take on the following tasks: Offer advice and counsel to supervisors and managers across entire range of employee relations and organizational matters including performance management, employee relations, corrective actions, dispute resolution, recruitment and retention. Partner with management to maximize employee performance and achieve organizational effectiveness and legal compliance.
