Job interview – Common Job interview Questions

1. Tell me about yourself.
I earned a bachelor’s degree in marketing and later an MBA in international marketing. I have been working in customer service industry for 20 years now. I first started managing people twelve years ago, when I was promoted from Customer Service Associate to Customer Service Supervisor. I have most recently worked as a Customer Service Manager managing a team of 40 people. In addition, I took on a role in product marketing and managed the two most successful new product launches of last year. I’ve learned I work best on projects with products that I love and use. Given that I’m a big user of Apple products, I jumped at the chance to apply for this position when I saw the open posting.

2. What are your greatest strengths?
I learn from my mistakes. I make it a goal to out-perform myself each time I repeat a task.
Also, I am a natural leader. I have always preferred to work in groups. I’m proud of my ability to get cross-functional groups on the same page.
