The successful candidate will represent the Department at administrative hearings and circuit court bench trials. The position is located in Jefferson City, Missouri, and requires some periodic in-state travel.There are two openings in the Tax Section. These attorneys would represent the Department in sales tax and income tax matters before the Administrative Hearing Commission, provide legal guidance, draft regulations… and legal opinions, and engage in various other legal duties as assigned.
