This Maintenance Manager will oversee the maintenance function over all 3 shifts with 10 direct reports. This role will work on developing a Total Production Maintenance (TPM) system and preventative plan while coordinating all maintenance activities with procurement, production, engineering and quality control departments. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES… machines have effective preventative maintenance, installing and support SAP. * JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelors degree is required. 3+ years maintenance management experience is required in a manufacturing environment with Food Manufacturing experience highly preferred.
