Caring.com helps families care for their elderly loved ones. We reach over 1 million caregivers each month, and we’re growing quickly. To help family caregivers get the local services and assistance they need, we’ve created the best online directory of senior service providers online.
And to support our directory, we’re looking for talented and energetic inside sales professionals to reach out to these businesses — assisted living facilities, in home care providers, and nursing homes — and offer them “enhanced listings.” These listings include customized pages with photos, links, and better placement in search results. We hired our first 6 Membership Advisers in 2010 are expanding quickly.
Directory Membership Advisers will sell online directory listings into Caring.com’s Eldercare Directory Network. Clients include assisted living facilities, nursing homes and retirement communities. This is a full-time, on-site position.
Membership Advisers are responsible for all sales activities within assigned territories and categories: from lead generation to closing, from account management to customer retention. The Membership Adviser position is primarily “inside sales” — no out-of-office appointments — although Advisers may be required to travel occasionally to represent Caring.com at national trade shows.
