Auto sales are growing all over Massachusetts and the 400 franchise dealer members of the MSADA (Massachusetts State Automobile Dealers Association) are seeking sales representatives / customer service representatives for immediate positions. Auto sales are soaring all over the state! That is why we need to hire and train dozens of sales representatives and customer service representatives to meet the giant need in the over 400 dealers we serve.
REQUIREMENTS
Previous automotive sales experience is NOT REQUIRED for this position. Professional sales training will be provided, sponsored by the MSADA and its members. Those with experience in the hospitality, call center, telemarketing, customer service, mortgage, financial, and insurance industries are highly encouraged to apply. RESPONSIBILITIES
• Greet and respond to our client base in a welcoming manner.
• Present both products and financial options to satisfy clients.
• Complete certification training for both the dealership and manufacturer.
• Use our customer relation software to follow up with clients.
• Meet monthly sales goals and quotas.
• Conduct business in an ethical, and honest fashion with integrity.
