Support Technician – POS retail technical support – contract

Irving, TX – Our global technology client has multiple openings for Technical Support consultants with Point-of-Sale retail support experience. Minimum of 2 years’ experience. This is a 12 month contract. U.S. citizens and permanent residents are encouraged to apply. We are unable to sponsor. Shifts Sunday – Thursday ( 8am – 5pm) Tuesday – Saturday (8am – 5pm) Candidates must be open to working any shift. Mandatory Skills Able to work any schedule, all shifts, weekends, holidays. Able to multitask Confirm… and documentation of installation timeline and any problems that may arise. Responsible to insure timely installation of various pieces of hardware. Responds to the customer and Retail Solutions personnel via telephone, email, and ticketing system. Provides timely technical resolution of problems or escalations on behalf of customer to appropriate higher level technical personnel.
