Horizontal – Minneapolis, MN – *Projects the candidate will be working on: * * Various Call Routing projects and work requests for the UHC VCC Legacy. Position to provide first level triage of all incoming Incidents, and supported ICM, ICNI, VCCD, PBX and routing services *Ideal Background:* * Technical Voice background in Call Center Support. *Experience:* * Call Center support with focus on call flow development and routing logic *Top Requirements:* * a. Cisco ICM – this is the primary skill set we are looking for – – 5 years * b.
