The selected candidate will be a senior-level attorney who has overall responsibility for (a) general contract matters, and (b) global patent and other intellectual property (IP) matters, for Istari Oncology, Inc. The VP, Legal Counsel, IP & Contracts will work with Istari employees across multiple functional areas to establish and maintain… contracts with third parties, including contract drafting, contract reviews, as well as support for Legal Department operations, including budgeting, and invoice review.
